What would be the major disadvantage of a company monitoring their PBX system?

law enforcement could say that the company is
responsible for the use of its PBX and monitors it
so it must have been with the blessings of the
company.
This is why most companies retain the right
to do so but do not, as a matter of policy, regularly
do it. They don’t want to take on the liability.
