Besides Bellsouth and Cox Communications, how can I get local phone service without VOIP?

I have a small business in the New Orleans area and I need a phone line. I do not want VOIP (like vonage) or anything else that uses the internet. I need a real phone line. What companies provide phone service?

Well BellSouth is an excellent company, but if you don’t want to have it try AT&T, it’s not VoIP, so try it maybe it would help to you.

But my best suggestion will be BellSouth.
